Refund policy

At Evarinix, we provide a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, unused or unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the product you currently have. After the return is approved, you can place a new order separately for the item you prefer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
